1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of perfume products, returns are limited for hygiene and safety reasons.
We only accept returns if:
- The product arrived damaged or leaking
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Returns are not accepted for:
- Opened or used perfume bottles
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Change of mind after opening the product
2. Time Frame for Returns
To be eligible, you must contact us within:
- 3 days of receiving the product (for damaged/wrong items)
- 7 days for unused, unopened products (if accepted on a case-by-case basis)
3. How to Request a Return

- Order number
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and reply within 24–48 hours.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after the product is received and inspected
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if:
- The item was damaged during delivery
- The wrong product was sent
Exchanges depend on product availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Clearance or sale items
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover the shipping.
- If the return is for any other reason (and accepted), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After processing/shipment has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
